01How do we start working with Judoor?
Request a call through the contact page. We call you at a time that suits you, learn how your company runs its business support today, and then send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and fees. Work starts only once you approve it.
02Can we use just one service?
Yes. You can start with a single service, such as payroll or bookkeeping, or hand over several. The scope can grow or shrink as your needs change.
03How are your fees set?
Fees depend on the services you choose, your company’s size and the volume of work. They are set out in the written proposal before any work begins, so you know the cost in advance.
04Which companies do you work with?
Companies being set up, micro and small businesses, growing medium-sized companies, and international companies operating in or entering Saudi Arabia.
05Can you help a foreign company set up in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We draw on the market-entry services within the NAAS Holding group and work with specialist partners to establish your presence, then run the day-to-day operations once you are set up.
06Do you provide legal representation or statutory audit?
Judoor provides business services. Work that by law needs a licensed professional, such as representation before the courts or a statutory audit, is delivered through licensed partners, and we coordinate it for you.
07Do you work in our own accounts and platforms?
Yes. Filings go through your company’s own accounts, for example with ZATCA, and payments are made from your own bank accounts after your approval. On platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI and Muqeem, we act through delegations you grant and can withdraw at any time.
08How do you protect our information?
Your information is handled in confidence, with access limited to the people working on your account, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. Confidentiality terms are part of every engagement.
09What happens during the handover?
We first learn how your company works today, then take responsibilities over in a planned order, so your daily operations keep running throughout the transition.
